BOT New Leads

BOT Comercial Support 

Context

The sales team department in an energy sector company handles a continuous flow of new leads. Managing these efficiently—assigning them to the right sales rep, updating statuses, and following up—was time-consuming and prone to delays.

We designed a fully automated, voice-enabled bot system to streamline this entire workflow.

What we automate

We created two automated BOTs in Telegram that:

New lead BOT:

  • Trigger: New lead form submission (Airtable Form)

  • Action: Adds lead to Airtable (name, contact, location, consumption, etc.)

  • Notification: Sends full lead info to assigned sales rep via Telegram

Commercial Support BOT:

  • Query Handling:

    • Voice or text input via Telegram

    • Whisper transcribes voice (If Audio Input)

    • GPT interprets intent and generates a structured command

    • Make executes Airtable query

    • Result sent back via Telegram

  • Lead Updates:

    • Natural language prompts (e.g. “Mark Juan Pérez as Signed”)

    • GPT parses into update command

    • Airtable record updated via Make

  • Examples of Commands:

    • “Show leads from today”

    • “Update María López to ‘Study Sent’”

    • “Get leads pending call”

    • “Move lead 327 to phase 3”
